Our Grounds
CGI of Pennsylvania Grounds
A Sanctuary of Nature, Growth, and Connection
The CGI United campgrounds are more than just a location—they are a sanctuary tucked deep in the pristine beauty of Bushkill, Pennsylvania. Surrounded by towering trees, gentle mountain air, and the peaceful rustle of forest life, our girls step into a natural world that immediately soothes the senses and awakens the soul. Each sunrise brings with it a fresh breath of possibility; each starlit night opens the heart to wonder and reflection.
Here in the Pocono Mountains, nature becomes a teacher. The winding trails, expansive meadows, and quiet streams offer more than beauty—they invite presence, stillness, and grounding. Campers unplug from noise and distraction, and instead plug into something far more powerful: their inner selves, their surroundings, and their connection to HaShem.
Physically, the fresh mountain air and spacious outdoor settings encourage movement, energy, and vitality. Whether hiking through wooded paths, swimming in our pools, or participating in spirited games and outdoor activities, girls reconnect with their bodies in joyful, healthy ways.
Emotionally, the calm and natural rhythms of the environment offer a safe space for reflection, healing, and openness. Surrounded by trees instead of screens, girls feel free to be themselves, form authentic friendships, and release the pressures they often carry throughout the year.
Mentally and spiritually, nature clears the mind and softens the heart—preparing the soil for learning, growth, and inspiration. Whether they’re davening by the lake, journaling under a shady tree, or singing together around a campfire, girls experience a unique clarity and closeness to HaShem that only the natural world can evoke.
At CGI United, the environment isn’t just a backdrop—it’s an integral part of the transformation. It holds them, calms them, and ultimately empowers them to rise into their strongest, truest selves.
